Bowltech takes great pride in our installation services and works closely with the customer from conception to final commissioning and beyond. All elements of the installation process are supervised by highly trained personnel with many years of experience in this field. Personnel training is carried out throughout the build process to ensure in house staff have a full knowledge of all items being installed. Final commission and training is carried out at the venue prior to opening to ensure a full understanding of all systems. A full package of O&M manuals are supplied to the customer in print and electronic form to allow easy access to operational and maintenance information.
Technical support is provided on all systems via telephone, e-mail and remote access software. Our technical support personnel can talk in house staff through problems and in most cases provide an immediate resolution to any issues. Bowltech also has field technicians available for items that cannot be resolved easily.
String Pinsetter installations are designed to be low maintenance and trouble free. Bowltech offers maintenance contracts for field technicians to visit sites on a regular basis to carry out planned servicing to keep your equipment in full working order. Frequency of visits can be tailored based on the amount of equipment use.
